Hello Dr. Albana, I have a problem with my throat that I've been dealing with for a year now. I've done all the tests, seen an ENT in both Kosovo and Albania, had an MRI of the cervical spine, a 64-slice chest CT, and underwent gastroscopy 4 times within the year. The last gastroscopy was done by you at Lavita by Altin Cekodhima, who prescribed me treatment for reflux, but I don't have heartburn. My only symptoms are throat tightness and pain. I haven't seen any improvement in a year; the treatment hasn't helped, and I still have the same problem with pain and tightness every day. I sleep well at night, but the pain starts in the morning and lasts until the evening. I'm begging you, if possible, to tell me what to do because I've been suffering for a year now. I would be very grateful for an answer. I was at Lavita in May 2018, Shaban Drnogllava, 12/4/1978. If you could check my file at Lavita again, I would be eternally grateful because I don't know where else to turn. I've tried everything, but the pain won't let me work. Thank you

I have a problem only with the feeling of something stuck in my throat every time I eat, or

Hello! What you are experiencing is a sensation called globus pharyngeus. It is related to gastroesophageal reflux. To begin with, I would recommend a proper anti-reflux diet where the main components are a diet without tobacco and alcohol, eliminating fast food, and not exceeding the amount of caffeine (at most one coffee per day)
