Rreziqet dhe komplikacionet
Zevendesimi unikondilar i gjurit eshte procedure qe mund te mbarte komplikacione gjate dhe pas kryerjes se procedures.
Kjo procedure mbart te njejtat komplikacione te mundshme kirurgjikale si dhe zevendesimi total i gjurit dhe qe shkurtimisht jane te meposhte shenuara:
- Instabilitet per shkak te pozicionimit te komponenteve ose ne saje te balances jo te pershtatshme ligamentore
- "Loosening" e implantit ne kohe
- Infeksion te implantit
- Tromboze e venave te thella dhe tromboemboli
- Dentime te nervave
- Demtime te arteries popliteale
- Fraktura te komponenteve kockore
- Probleme te sherimit te plageve
- Hematoma
- Dhimbje ose hark i paket levizjeje pas nderhyrjes
Permbledhje
Proteza Unikondilare, nqs aplikohet ne menyre te selektuar ne pacientet e duhur dhe nga kirurge me eksperience mund te ofroje mbijetese dhe sukses te krahasueshem me Protezen Totale te Gjurit. Seleksionimi i kujdesshem i pacienteve per Proteze Unikondilare ngelet celesi i suksesit te kesaj procedure kirurgjikale. Ne kohet e sotme, llogaritet qe vetem 6 – 10 % te pacienteve mund te konsiderohen kandidate te pranueshem per kete lloj procedure.
Proteza Unikondilare kerkon nje procedure kirurgjikale me pak invasive, qe potencialisht rezulton ne nje kohe me te shpejte sherimi post operator. Duhet shtuar qe se fundmi shume studime kane theksuar qe Proteza Unikondilare, rezulton me hark me te mire levizjeje te gjurit po te krahasohet me Protezen Totale standarte te gjurit.
Megjithate , per shkak se revizionimi i Protezes Unikondilare ne Proteze Totale jo gjithmone jep nje rezultat te ngjashem me ate te protezes primare totale te gjurit, pacientet e rinj me nivel te larte aktiviteti fizik duhen vleresuar mire duke konsideruar indikacionet dhe kunderindikacionet per proteze unikondilare.
Paciente duhet te kuptojne ate qe shtimi ne peshe dhe aktiviteti i rritur fizik, ne menyre potenciale mund te japin deshtim te shpejte te procedures dhe konvertimi ne proteze totale te gjurit mund te mos jape te njejtin rezultat si nje proteze primare totale e gjurit.
