Verehen osteofite masive ne margot e acetabules dhe ne margot e siperfaqes artikulare te kokes femorale,me shume lateralisht,koka femorale eshte e deformuar dhe siperfaqja artikulare eshte e rrafshet.Siperfaqet artikulare jane shume sklerotike dhe te crregullta.Ka migrim lateralisht dhe siper te kokes femorale me ngushtim te hapesires artikulare lateralisht.Evidentohen kalcifikime dense pergjate arterieve dhe femorale:pervec kesaj indet e buta jane normale
Rezultati:Te pershkojne me semundje degjenerative te avancuar .doktor a eshte per operacion apo per fizioterapi
